We love visiting Keepers whenever we’re in town. The food is amazing, highly recommend the risotto with steak (perfectly cooked) as well as the Mac and cheese. In terms of appetizers, the pimento cheese with homemade “crackers” is so good, and the pork belly has the best sweet sauce and is expertly crisp. Their cocktail list has something for everyone; I loved the “Love you mean it” - a lemony vodka sparking cocktail, light and refreshing. The atmosphere is great for a date night, very cozy and decorated so well. They’re also welcoming to kids, they have a lot of options for the little ones on the menu.

Although I normally don’t eat fish, the shrimp plate was good! Besides that The burger was great as was the salad. Staff was super friendly and understanding in regards to menu preferences due to allergies. Nice clean place with plenty seating, inside and out. A gem in the bayou. Only thing we screwed up with was the timezone... we didn’t knew Port St Joe is in the Eastern timezone. Despite we being an hour late they served us well! We were not the first and won’t be last. They even have some great local brew available. So if you just want to have a drink they have plenty options.

Awesome service in the bar area by the young bartender. He was very knowledgeable about the wines and food options. We visited for their happy hour specials. We would definitely go back for a meal or more drinks. Awesome views and excellent service!

Fantastic meal. Special was short rib pasta which I had, she got the seafood scampi on squid ink pasta. Great meal, eaten outside, enjoying live music from across the way, and our server Hunter was a lot of fun and very conscientious. Started with tomato bisque and ended with strawberry banana bread pudding. It was excellent. Great experience!

We have visited Keepers twice now. Love the place and grateful that PSJ has supported such a great place to eat. We met the chef last night. Super nice guy. We just wanted to express our appreciation for how well the meals were prepared. Daron provided great service too. Again thank you Keepers!

Excellent crab cakes, lovely service, cosy atmosphere. I asked for a suggestion for a cocktail since I hardly ever have them and the one she recommended for me was delicious. Glad I was within walking distance of my hotel afterwards! Love that they support local artists too. Just the place for a lovely anniversary dinner, thank you

On our Sibling Vacation, we were recommended to try Keepers Bistro in Port St. Joe, FL. It was a great recommendation!!! This place had it all!! Fantastic food, great service, tasty cocktails and lovely atmosphere! We had quite the mixture of food between the group from the Burger to the Triple Tail. Everyone raved about their order. We will be back for sure and if you're looking for a great place, definitely give Keepers a try!!
